I am a writer. I run the Turin International Book Fair. And I am one of the presenters of Pagina 3, the cultural news programme on Radio Rai 3. I have been a selector and jury member at the Venice Film Festival. With Ferocity (Einaudi 2014), I won the Strega Prize. My most recent book is The City of the Living (Einaudi 2020). I write for various daily newspapers. My books are translated in 20 countries.
